Sushi Tei Shared Moments” Photography Competition
$1,500 Sushi Tei Dining Vouchers will be given away as prizes
Singapore, 23rd October 2009 – Sushi Tei is currently organizing a photography competition in Singapore themed “Shared Moments at Sushi Tei”. The contest aims to find photographs taken at any Sushi Tei restaurant that capture the spontaneous and special moments shared between friends, family and loved ones. The winning entry will receive SGD$500 worth of Sushi Tei Dining Vouchers and a Fujifilm Z33 waterproof digital camera. The five consolation prize winners will receive SGD$200 Dining Vouchers each.
Whether you are an amateur, professional photographer or an avid fan of Sushi Tei, this photo contest is for you! Simply submit via email a creative snapshot capturing your special moments experienced at any Sushi Tei restaurants.
Accompany the submitted picture with a tagline of no more than 20 words telling a story, reflecting the atmosphere of the moment, the purpose of the gathering or simply what Sushi Tei means to you. A panel of judges appointed by Sushi Tei will choose the first prize winner.
“To mark the opening of our new restaurant at Holland Village, we hope to invite our customers to share their own special moments through this photo competition. Sushi Tei restaurants aims to be a special place for fun-filled moments and exciting dining experiences with friends, family and loved ones”, said Daniel Ong, Sushi Tei’s Director.
Sushi Tei opened its first restaurant in 1994 at Holland Village before moving on October 22nd to Holland V Shopping Mall. The new restaurant features an expanded alfresco dining area.
Sushi Tei at Holland V Shopping Mall is the second restaurant to open in the past month in addition to a new restaurant located at City Square Mall. This brings the total number of Sushi Tei restaurants across Singapore to 12.
“As images speak more than a thousand words, a winning entry should reflect creativity, originality and illustrate shared moments at Sushi Tei. Technical achievements are not our primary criteria as we want to give the opportunity to everyone to participate and stand a chance to win attractive prizes”, said Jim Wong, Sushi Tei’s Business Development Manager.
Color or monochromes pictures are accepted in JPEG format with at least 1280 x 1024 resolution but no larger than 5MB. Submitted picture and tagline should be sent to
sharedmoments@sushitei.com with the subject header “Shared Moments at Sushi Tei – Photo Competition” latest by 23 November 2009. The entry must include the following information: name as per NRIC, NIRC/Passport No., contact details and mailing address.
Results will be announced on Sushi Tei website and winners will be notified by post. Winning entries will be displayed at selected Sushi Tei outlets in December 2009.
